'The IMIRT Dublin Games Springboard 2025 Games Sector Incubator – Pilot Programme – Dublin – February – May 2025 Supported by Screen Ireland Stakeholders Fund The IMIRT Dublin Games Springboard 2025 is an incubator programme run by IMIRT and the Guinness Enterprise Centre, in collaboration with Screen Ireland and industry partners, which aims to develop the creative and entrepreneurial skills that video game developers will require to navigate the professional games industry.


The programme will provide game developers with support in both Development and Business Modelling, participants will have access to co-working space at Guinness Enterprise Centre for the duration of the programme, to work alongside like-minded, early-stage businesses. The programme will further develop participants skills and develop their portfolios, which will ultimately assist in the production of Irish IP and support the establishment of new Game Development Studios in the Dublin.


Participants will have left the programme with the experience necessary to turn their creative skills into a revenue generating business endeavour. Each of the 8 participants will be paired with an industry mentor, who will meet with them throughout the programme and guide them through the experience, using their professional insights to advise them. Participants are expected to attend all in-person workshops. The Guinness Enterprise Centre will provide co-working space for each participant for 3 days per week including the programme day. While there is no obligation to avail of the co-working provision, it is a great opportunity to have dedicated time to your work. Topics covered during this programme range from business disciplines, such as advertising and social media, to game development disciplines such as development models and the use of Unreal Engine. These modules will sit alongside mentoring and presentations... The programme will run from February 18th to May 6th, 2025...'
